And of course American classics- Burgers, pizza, fries, potatoes and gravy, brisket with homemade barbecue sauce and coleslaw, steaks and milkshakes, ice cream cones, meatloaf, soups of all kinds. Weather you eat it with chopsticks, forks, spoons, or even your bare hands, I love it.
Sweet, savory, sour, salty, spicy. Sriracha in pho, caramel on ice cream, soy sauce on dumplings, barbecue sauce on pulled pork sandwiches, flavor here and there. It needs salt, it needs pepper, add a bit of cilantro, spice things up.
Avocado, tomato, onion, zucchini, cucumber, mushrooms; apples, bananas, oranges, dragonfruit, Korean melon, grapes, figs, cherries.
We need food to live, so why not make it as pleasant as possible?
